Masresha Kibret (Delegate, 6th Pan African Reading For All Conference, August 2009) is starting his new year with a new position - the Chief Operating Manager at Ethiopian Books for Children and Educational Foundation (EBCEF). Ato Masresha, who has already been a Rural Libraries and Literacy Development Project Manger at Awassa, has a familiarity and acquaintances into EBCEF’s project. In his role as a Chief Operating Manager, Ato Masresha will be responsible for the overall execution of EBCEF’s project activities.
